Shipping policy

• Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Gentlemen A&C is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
